Terms of Service

The terms covering this website. Client engagements run on the separate agreement we sign with you — where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

These terms

These terms govern your use of https://archilect.in. Engagements for design and development work are governed by the separate written agreement or statement of work we sign with you; where that agreement conflicts with anything here, the agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read, print and share the pages on this site for your own purposes. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to break into it, or present its contents as your own work.

Our content

The text, design, code and imagery on this site belong to Archilect Studio unless credited otherwise. Client names, logos and project screenshots appear with permission and remain the property of those clients.

Client work and ownership

For engagements, ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on final payment, as set out in your agreement. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and internal components, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work publicly and show it in our portfolio.

Quotes and estimates

Anything we send you before a signed agreement — an estimate, a timeline, a proposal — is an indication based on the scope described at the time. It is not a binding offer, and it changes if the scope does. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.

No warranty on the site

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will be uninterrupted, and nothing on it constitutes professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the limits set out in that engagement's agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where we link to another site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tripura have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
