Archilect Studio is a remote-first studio out of India. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code — that is the whole idea.
Why we exist.
Archilect started in 2024, out of a simple frustration: the studios that could design well could not ship, and the ones that could ship had no taste. We wanted to be a small team that did both, and would put its name on the result.
We stayed deliberately small. Three people, all senior, all touching the work — which means the person you scope a project with is the person who writes the code. There is no account manager between you and the build, and nothing gets quietly handed to a junior.
Most of what we ship is not glamorous. District monitoring portals, service-delivery platforms, marketplaces for Self Help Groups. Systems that a few thousand people depend on to do their jobs, where the measure of success is that nobody has to think about them.

Ship it, then say it
We would rather show you a staging URL than a status update. Every project has something clickable within the first week.
Senior people only
Three people, all of whom have shipped production systems. Your project is not somebody's training exercise.
Async by default
A shared board, written updates and a reply within 24 hours. Calls happen when they are genuinely the fastest route, not weekly by ritual.
No lock-in
Your repository, your cloud account, your keys — from the first commit. If you want to take it in-house, the handover is already written.
Boring where it counts
PostgreSQL, typed code, real migrations, tests on the parts that would hurt. We save the clever ideas for the interface.
Built to be inherited
These systems outlast the people who commission them, so we document as we go and write code the next team can read.
