We are a three-person studio and we only open a seat when there is real work waiting for it. Right now there is not. Rather than collect applications against roles that do not exist, we would rather say so plainly.

You own the work end to end. No ticket queues and nobody reviewing your calendar.

Government platforms and products in production, not internal tooling nobody uses.

Async by default. Calls when they are the fastest route, not because it is Monday.
Four steps, and a paid trial.
This is the process we run when a seat does open. No unpaid take-homes and no algorithm rounds. We look at what you have built, then we build something small together.
Send something real
A CV is fine, but a repository, a case study or a shipped product tells us more. Two paragraphs on what you built and what you would change.
A conversation
45 minutes with the founder about your work and ours. No puzzles, no whiteboard algorithms.
A paid trial
A small, real, scoped piece of work — paid at your rate. It is the only reliable way for either side to tell.
Decision
You get an answer within a week of the trial, with the reasoning either way.

Ship it, then say it
We would rather show you a staging URL than a status update. Every project has something clickable within the first week.
Senior people only
Three people, all of whom have shipped production systems. Your project is not somebody's training exercise.
Async by default
A shared board, written updates and a reply within 24 hours. Calls happen when they are genuinely the fastest route, not weekly by ritual.
