SERVICE TERMS

ARCHILECT STUDIO provides elite engineering services including but not limited to: high-velocity web development, industrial-grade UI/UX design, and complex ecosystem architecture. All project boundaries are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

Every deployment cycle is governed by a distinct SOW. Scope creep beyond defined parameters requires a protocol-update and mutual digital signature. We operate on technical precision, not vague requirements.

Upon full financial liquidation, the client assumes complete ownership of custom codebases and design systems. ARCHILECT retains the rights to utilize non-proprietary architectural patterns for internal benchmarking and portfolio showcase.

Standard protocols require a 50% initial deposit to allocate engineering resources. Milestone-based payments are enforced for iterative releases. Late liquidation triggers a system-pause protocol until balances are cleared.

Both parties agree to zero-knowledge leakage regarding proprietary logic, business metrics, and structural secrets. NDAs are standard for all enterprise-scale deployments.

Our engineering liability is capped at the total project payload (fee). We are not responsible for market shifts, third-party node outages, or consequential data loss resulting from external vectors.

The AI Project Estimator provides heuristic approximations based on historical data. These are not binding quotes. Final architectural specs and costs are determined during manual Phase-01 discovery.
